Mr. Nybeck is responsible for the creation of detailed, custom specifications for the firm’s projects. As a construction specification specialist, he is knowledgeable about the latest developments in construction technology and advances in building materials and systems. He functions as a comprehensive resource to the firm’s project architects for accurate and current information regarding material standards and testing procedures. The technical information and support he provides allows the firm to take advantage of the latest developments in building technology.

In addition to his work as a construction specifier, Mr. Nybeck also serves as a project architect on selected educational facilities. In the recent past, he has managed the master planning and design of the 16-phase Edmond Memorial High School campus expansion and renovation program. This periodic involvement in the production of construction documents has broadened his expertise and enhanced his capabilities as a specification writer.

With more than 43 years in architecture, Mr. Nybeck’s experience includes a broad range of hospitality, resort, condominium, and education projects. He is a Certified Construction Specifier and a Certified Construction Contract Administrator.
