As a centerpiece of the new town of WaterColor, this 60-room luxury boutique hotel offers beach frontage and dramatic views of the Gulf of Mexico.  Designed with a vocabulary and materials reminiscent of local practice and tradition, it provides a capacity for substantial guest accommodation without overwhelming the small town fabric and atmosphere.  It is truly a world-class resort hotel with all the charm and intimacy of a Southern bed-and-breakfast.  While working with the owner’s design team, GSB, Inc. provided elevation studies, functional planning, and served as Architect-of-Record.
