As an entrance landmark, the Gatehouse welcomes residents to the WaterSound Beach community.  The New England Shingle Style design, inspired by the iconic Low House by McKim, Mean & White, serves as a prominent first impression.  Housing neighborhood amenities such as the WaterSound Market and WaterSound Workout club, as well as the sales center, community room, bike barn and post office, the 10,000 square foot facility adds to the exclusivity of the community.  Also located on the second and third levels of  the Gatehouse are several condominium units, each with spacious floor plans and quality finishes. As Architect-of-Record, GSB, Inc. worked in conjunction with the owner’s design team.
