Market Deli is the neighborhood market for the town of WaterColor.  As it was the first market for the community, it was designed to offer “a little bit of everything” and do so under the motto “Fresh Daily”.  Market Deli offers everything from fine wines to necessary dry goods and marble slab ice cream to Starbuck’s coffees.  The architecture is a combination of modern finishes, vibrant colors, and traditional market display methods.  The concept for the neighborhood market was to provide customers the ability to purchase merchandise and food items individually to suit there desires as opposed to the bulk method.
