This development is a prominent element in the new community of WaterColor. The 22 units comprise 85,000 square feet and include both two-story units and flats with private enclosed parking beneath each unit.  The local vernacular architectural style, materials, and colors of the buildings contribute to the small town feel of the community, while the dramatic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico add a touch of luxury.  As Architect-of-Record, GSB, Inc. worked in conjunction with the owner’s design team.
