Mr. Fuller is an experienced construction contract administrator in a broad range of project types, including civic, community, hospitality, commercial and education projects. His services include review of construction documents, specification review, work progress observations, problem identification and resolution, submittal reviews, and pay estimate reviews and recommendations. He also handles contract documentation including progress reporting, proposal and change order reviews and recommendations, RFI reviews and proposal solutions, punch list services and after project follow up. He has 23 years of experience in the field, providing contract administration and representative services for both architectural firms and construction companies.
