GSB, Inc.’s team is developing the master plan for this 3,000 acre resort lakefront property, to be completed in multiple phases. GSB has completed numerous conceptual designs for multifamily townhomes, shore side residences, a golf club hotel, a boutique resort hotel, a full service resort hotel / conference center, and the marina village that includes retail, restaurants, indoor water park and residential units. Resort guests and residents will also enjoy access to the enhanced Chickasaw Golf Course, a country club, spa and tennis center, a full service marina, an elaborate resort pool complex and beach club, outdoor recreation and event areas, a lakeside amphitheater, a treetop adventure course and a comprehensive trail system. The resort will feature extensive landscaping, elaborate water features and miles of dramatic shoreline. New infrastructure is required to support this community including wastewater treatment, lake water treatment, potable water storage and distribution and distribution of other utilities. The overall development master plan includes 700 hotel rooms and 3,000 condos, townhouses and single family home sites.
