Oklahoma Christian University Vose Hall Renovation
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA
This project included the renovation of 6,777 SF, Vose Hall, a 50-year old brick building, housing the University’s chemistry department. The facility was stripped down to the structure and refitted with entirely new duct work, lighting, cabling, wiring, lab casework and equipment. Interior spaces were reconfigured to accommodate the current academic programs and included new finishes throughout. Other modifications that included a new mechanical system and equipment, new windows and additional insulation will improve energy efficiency. Modifications to improve handicapped accessibility and fire safety were included as well. The renovation was completed for the 2008-2009 academic year.
