Located across the street from the Cleveland Convention Center, this 26-story luxury convention hotel is a significant component in the revitalization of downtown Cleveland.  Many of its 403 guestrooms and suites feature dramatic views of Lake Erie and the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame.  With over 15,000 square feet of meeting space, an up-scale lounge and restaurant the $60 million, 323,000 square foot hotel tower is part of a multi-use complex which includes an underground parking structure, a public plaza, and the 57-story KeyBank Tower, Cleveland’s tallest building.  GSB, Inc. provided Architect-of-Record services in conjunction with the design architect.
