Grapevine Main is a $105 million mixed-use development in Grapevine’s historic downtown that includes a hotel, parking garage and station for the new TEXRail commuter line. GSB is part of the project team working on Hotel Vin, a six story, 121-room boutique hotel located in the middle of the property. Hotel accommodations include restaurant space, bar and wine room, lounge area, hidden private rooms and outdoor patio seating.

No two properties in the Autograph Hotel Collection are alike. Each boutique hotel boasts unique experiences rooted in the personality of the community. Hotel amenities such as restaurants, bars, social spaces, guest rooms and grounds are designed to provide a deep connection with the locale. Special attention is given to design detail, craft and story-telling through the built environment.
