Boasting over 800,000 square feet of time-share condominiums in ten buildings, this Disney Vacation Club resort features shingle-style architecture in the Richardsonian tradition. The memorable forms and materials create a unique sense of place, lending a strong identity to this collection of nearly 500 residential units.  Shared amenities include a pool, tennis courts and a playground. As a partner on the design team, GSB, Inc. not only served as Architect-of-Record, but also assisted in developing the dramatic architecture of the development.
