After completing a series of dramatic transformations of properties this regional retail furniture chain had acquired in the state of Texas, GSB was asked to upgrade the façade of the flagship warehouse showroom and corporate headquarters, infusing it with the same contemporary façade flavor implemented at other store locations. Utilizing simulated ashlar stone veneer, exterior plaster, EIFS to resemble previously utilized composite lumber, a frosted backlighted glass façade and accent metal panels, we transformed the building’s façade and gave it an inviting, modern flavor. This design aesthetic has now become the company’s standard for new and renovated showrooms, as it offers enhanced appeal to their growing base of Millennial and Generation X customers.
